Where are you located?

I am based out of Orange County, however sessions are conducted virtually, therefore I can see anyone in California.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, I provide a free 10 minute consultation. During this consultation you’ll have the opportunity to share what brings you to therapy and ask any questions you may have.

Do you accept insurance? What are your fees?

I am currently in network with Cigna, Aetna, Optum, United and Oscar.

Any other insurance however, I can provide super bills which allows your insurance to give you partial or full reimbursement.

My fees are $150 for a 50 minute session.
